Aluminum die casting is used under severe conditions such as high temperature, high speed, and high pressure. Our hybrid core pins are manufactured using YXR33, which has excellent high temperature strength characteristics in the tip (A) where the melt of aluminum or the like comes into contact, and  DAC with excellent toughness (deflection and hard to break) in the pedestal portion (B). By joining two materials with different characteristics using friction welding, we have realized a core pin that is much less difficult to break than in the past.

Since it is an integrated production from material procurement to completion, it is possible to manufacture the pin of the standard according to the customer's demand. Cooling holes can also be manufactured. By applying a cooling hole, baking is reduced and longer life can be expected.
