Ejector pin & Core pin
Our extruded pins and core pins are mainly used as die-casting die pins to remove products from molds under extreme conditions of high temperatures.
By nitriding and processing under our own conditions, a deeper nitride layer is formed than other products. Therefore, it has high accuracy, abrasion resistance, excellent base material strength, and high quality.
Our standard "D-pin" and "G-pin" are manufactured using the DAC of hitachi metal high-grade special steel. Please leave the cutting and polishing of die steel to us.
Ejector pin
Examples of products
Since it is an integrated production from material procurement to completion, it is possible to manufacture standard pins according to the customer's requirements.
- Straight pin φ2.0 to φ20, 1000L
- Stepped pin
- Sleeve Pin
Materials: DAC, FDAC (Hitachi Metal Steel Type), SKH51, SK4, etc.
Deep nitride layer
Processing with our nitriding furnaces creates a deeper nitride layer than other products. The outermost surface is 900HV or more, and a nitride layer with a hardness of 800HV or more is created even at a depth of 0.05mm above the surface, which increases wear resistance and strength.
Trusted Quality
Several dedicated inspectors inspect all products one by one using multiple measuring instruments to perform a full number of inspections to achieve reliable quality assurance.

Hitachi Metal Tribec Processing
By pursuing wear resistance, lubricity, and heat resistance, different coatings are combined, and a high-performance composite coating "Hitachi Metal Tribec Treatment" that makes full use of composite PVD technology, we form a film specialized for each application.
High accuracy, high surface roughness
It is effective in improving the surface roughness, which is the surface roughness of the tip-shaped processing part of the core pin and the surface of the R part (curved surface), and to prevent baking and breakage by eliminating the cutting skin of the finishsurface as much as possible, and improving surface treatment adhesion.
